Great Service
We were very pleased with our service and would recommend This company to anyone needing their floors cleaned or furniture.
You have done a great job on the carpet that you have done for me in the past. I am not sure you are equipped for cleaning luxury vinyl floors. I was clear when I booked the appointment what they were. Your crew showed up and had to leave to get the hard wood floor cleaning equipment. With further inspection after they left there was still food stuck on the floors and a swipe of a wet towel comes up dirty. I still had to clean the floors after you cleaned the floors. Not worth the $89 charge per room. Please research luxury vinyl flooring and come up with a protocol that works. I would be interested in this again if I knew you had a better plan for this kind flooring product. Please note your crew was professional and considerate. I had no issue with them.
I really liked our service person (Blue). He was also able to remove a computer ink stain from our new carpet. wow, that was a relief. His current visit was to clean air ducts. He was efficient and easy to work with.
Greg was fabulous. Neither of us were very hopeful about some old stains coming out, but he worked his magic and they all came out! He cleaned my carpets, staircase,
couches and chairs, then put protector on everything and even did an enzyme treatment on areas where the cat had been. My 11 year old carpets look almost new again. I only use Zerorez because they dont leave a chemical residue so are safe for pets and crawling babies.
The smell of our dirty carpet would get to me every time. I don’t smell it at all now! It looks amazing, it feels amazing and I am so thrilled with their work. Cannot believe i didn’t do this sooner.

Prompt service (technician actually called earlier than the appt time and came out early since I was home!), the fact that water is used (rather than chemicals ), and the carpet looks better now!
