It left a musty odor but maybe carpet is old?

The Zerorez technician, Sebastian, arrived on time, explained what and how he would clean our carpets, what it would cost, and then proceeded to thoroughly and quickly accomplish same. Carpets look (and feel) wonderful. Recommend Zerorez to anyone who would like to have their carpets clean again.

Our carpets look like new and we also had our bathroom floor tiles cleaned and sealed and they look great. We were very happy and will use you again. I have allergies and the smell of the chemicals usually bothers me but there was no smell no allergic reaction
No chemicals and great results.
From the sounds of the commercials zerorez makes it sound like it’s something special and it’s not. It wasn’t bad just not all it’s cracked up to be. More expensive by far for not anything more.
This was my first experience with Zerorez - cleaning my carpet and living room upholstery.
Two young men, Justin and Brennan showed up and took their time cleaning my upholstery.
They were polite, meticulous, neat, I was completely impressed with them and the outcome of the 'cleaning'. Thank you ... it all looks lovely.

They have been back to fix the stains that were left behind. I’m not sure the stains are gone, if they aren’t still there, then the carpet is just unraveling from the two treatments. I’m generally not thrilled
