Your carpet tech paid attention to detail and got the furniture and the carpet looking much better than it has looked in years. We both looked at the carpet and the furniture when he was done and we both agreed that it looked great. Seems now a line is visible in the carpet where it might have been where he ended or started pulling the carpet tool across the floor.

It was just okay. I didn't see a big difference in the carpet. At least its a lot cleaner than it was.

Didn’t get all the dirt up. I cleaned our vacuum then vacuumed the carpet and was surprised to see how dirt the carpet still was. I felt the pricing was high for what we got done.

you have never sent any of my receipts and Sebastion corrected the email address and requested the receipts be sent the day he was here, please get this taken care of as I have given at least three different people my email address and at least one of them should have gotten it down correctly you seem to have sent this survey to me with no trouble.
