The sales associate Melinda Thompson assisted me in trading my vehicle was top notch in that she was able to help me narrow down a vehicle that would work for me and my budget. Brandon Ramey worked above and beyond our expectations to help me find the correct vehicle for our budget and needs. Even if it wasn’t on their located lot, he had a vehicle arrive the same day for me to test drive. 10/10 recommend Brandon to anyone and everyone in the market for a new vehicle. This is our second time purchasing with Don Franklin and we will definitely come back in the future!

What I didn't like I called got my April 11, at 8:30 I wrote it on my calendar and I got an email saying April 18 at 8:30 so I thought I wrote it down wrong because I am old and forget but when I called I was told April 11 so I asked why I got an email that said April 18 the person said that came from another company so how can that happen
