Great service- thank you for working us in.
Everyone is nice and I felt good abouy my visit when I left. I was told the brakes were good. However on Wednesday 6-18 I started experiencing some pulling and then a constant noise from the wheels and eventually a grinding sound upon breaking. I have it at the local tire shop today for my new tires and the front left brakes are metal to metal. Not a big deal since I was getting new tires today (as recommended by your service department) but I did not like the feeling of being on the road over 2 hours (away from home) and the fear of car trouble.

We had additional work we need to have done and they had to order a part. I was in a crunch for the next day because of a previous important doctor's appointment. They were able to finish the job up in the evening and get the front end alignment ready and just driven I was on my way before 9:00 which worked out perfectly. I deal with Debbie there most of the time she did a great job and was apologetic that it couldn't have been done the first day. She does a great job
