The ladies at the desk are very friendly and very helpful. We needed a ride to a location while the vehicle was being done and then I picked us up when we called. Found we had a problem with our battery and thankfully you have that 24 point check system so we needed a new battery also. But the rewards program really helped us pay for the oil change and tire rotation. Beautiful new facility here in Glasgow Kentucky

The entire service department is amazing! The technicians actually listen to me as a customer and they are findoutoligists!! The service manager, and registration team DOUG is a listener and does everything in his power to get my car serviced even when I don’t have an appointment! The whole dealership is just amazing!! Clean, courteous, and just a good team!! All of your dealerships should be run as well as Glasgow!! I will never go to Bg again!!😡😡😡

I was very impressed with the short time I had to wait. I was on my first cup of coffee when the gentleman informed me that my car had been serviced. Totally professional from start to finish. It is refreshing to do business with people that actually value you as a customer. Service after the sale will keep people coming back.
