Friendly staff, nice waiting room, employees ask before doing unexpected repairs. Rates are reasonable for minor repairs. Cost of unexpected repairs is discussed with you before it is performed.

My only complaint is when they rotated my tires they did not fill all the tires up to proper inflation.
