From the people that answer the phone all the way to the people you speak with about your needs everyone is very wonderful and courteous. Doug in the service department artment for Nissan really stands out he has been so helpful and make sure that all of my customer needs are met with complete professionalism as well as the rest of the staff. Me and my wife both bought vehicles at Don Franklin this is the company we will stick with.

Eddie never gave up on me or my vehicle. I had to take it back to him 4-5 times because of a turning signal issue. He was kind to me every time and told me he would do whatever it takes to fix it. It ended up being a situation where he had to contact Farm Bureau, but because of his persistence, it is finally fixed and working. I appreciate him and Keith Hale so much!

Just what happened to me on this visit is such a perfect example of Don Franklin’s Service Department’s commitment to their customers. I was having some health issues, which is common, and running a little behind. When I called to explain, they told me to bring my vehicle on in for my maintenance appointment. Kindness and understanding are much appreciated and great qualities to maintain in this world. Thank you.
