Services so far have been priced fair and all indications the job was done well.
The speed at which the service is completed is great; very quick turn around. But the availability of scheduling short-notice is fantastic. Previous Nissan serviced at another dealer (we live out of town from this dealership) was at least booked u ten days out! I have been telling everyone how great Don Franklin is to work with. Five stars.

Friendly service. But one time I am charged for a tire rotation, the next time I am not charged. It is like the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing.
