Easy access, friendly take care of me as a customer. Ex. Eddie the body repair manager supported getting my bumper replaced vs the insurance company just wanting to have it buff it out. I felt he was doing g the right thing supporting me as a customer with a brand new truck and standing up for what was the right thing to do. Another ex. Whitney Moon has went above and beyond to meet all my needs with my new truck like introducing me to service team members for my services and the body repair department.

Services was great, except making an appointment for my oil change was awful!! Worst experience so far.. I called 3 days straight and even left messages to be called back and a week later nothing so I called again, after 2 days finally got the appointment.. that needs to be worked on and a system planned out..
