I am from out of town looking online for my next truck. My wife had sent a message to Don Franklin online in question on a truck we were looking for. Brandon called back the next morning to see what we were interested in. Brandon went out of his way to make sure I found the right truck. He found one and had it brought from another location. Also had all paperwork taken care of over the phone so there wasn't a long wait to finalize the purchase. I didn't have to worry about it being sold out from under me. He made sure my trip to Glasglow KY was worth the drive.
