John Florence was Genuine, not pushy, patient with me. Very kind and likable. Mr. Sorrel was great to work with. Got me where I wanted and needed to be financially. And as of right now I am quite happy with my Kia. Overall great experience.

Honest.... "You need this ... You dont need that.". I have had no instances to date of upselling things i dont need or pushing me to spend more money for things i dont need. That, i appreciate.

They diagnosed my car quickly and ordered the parts and got it fixed quickly with everything being resolved my car running like it’s brand new! Everywhere else I took my car couldn’t even figure out the problem.
