We broke down on 65 on our way home from a trip. Everyone at the dealership went out of their way to be kind and helpful to us. They found the part for our car, picked it up and installed it, test drove it and had us back on the road the next morning. We truly appreciate the excellent service we got there.

What do you like about our products and services?

Melinda was my sales rep. She was exactly what I needed at the moment. I was in a car accident in my only 2 year old vehicle that was totaled. I was really upset over the entire thing and having to purchase a new car in the first place. I told Melinda exactly what I needed and she delivered the best customer service I could have asked for. She is truly an asset to your dealership. She wasn’t pushy and sympathized with my situation. Keep her and give her a raise ASAP.

Recently, my car needed new tires and an oil change.
When I called the parts department they ordered what I needed and helped set up an appointment.

When I arrived for service, I was waited on immediately. My car was ready after a short time.

I have been a Don Franklin customer since 2013.
