They are of good quality and readily available.
You keep my tanks full. The only problem is I clear a path around the front of the house and your guy trudges through the deep snow around the back to fill the tanks. I've told at least one of them but it's not always the same guy. I feel bad for the guys that do it because it's quite difficult for them. If you could put a note on the order or something like that to use the cleared front walkway it would be so much easier for them.

Dependable oil delivery on auto fill. Furnace cleaning was great. Gentleman listened to my telling him that I heard a clicking noise and he replaced a part during the furnace cleaning! He was very knowledgeable and I was very pleased. Thank you, Eileen Dockendorf

My propane seems fairly priced, is delivered in a timely manner, and payment is easily made online.
Attention to reloading
Takes a little time to get to customer service but when you talk to someone they are very helpful. Technician are on time and do quality work.
I like your customer service, because it is local and every time I've called I have gotten a real live person who has helped me with my issue. I also appreciate the payment plan option as we are on a tight budget. One thing you could improve is allowing us to change our gallons year by year more easily. Right now there are a lot of hoops you have to jump through to do that. So I end up just keeping the same amount as the previous year even if I'm not using as much oil. Still, the oil that I purchased stays mine so I can always use it the following year...

The service representatives, service technicians and delivery personnel are all pleasant to work with as to why I continued to be a customer.
