I am a new customer and have had no problems with getting my order for K-1. They said it would take 10 days and I got the first order on the tenth day. The second deliver came in 4 days. I followed the directions on line and they called me within 15 minutes.
I would not go to anyone i try to tell people about your service I want to give a example I call downeast it was in the winter. The busy time I called on a wed Thursday the next day they were at my house filling my propane tank now that is darn good service and remember guys shovel a path to it not easy to walk in the snow with a 50 ft hose those guys appreciate the extra time you put in to keep them safe
Service and billing had been pretty lumpy bumpy for quite awhile but has vastly improved during the past year.
We have been customers of Downeast Energy for 25 years & have been content with everything.
My only complaint is that the website sucks! The first time I used it didn’t allow online delivery ordering. I had to call the local office every time I needed propane. It was finally fixed and I could order fuel but in one month’s time it stopped working. It is still not working and I spent over an hour on hold on the phone only to find out my online order wasn’t processed. Fix it and people spend less time on the phone with your agents.

Your billing system needs some improvement. A recent statement of mine had no detail and payment I made recently did not reflect the quick payment discount. It appears that Downeast is still working out the invoicing kinks after merging with Superior Propane.

They are of good quality and readily available.
You keep my tanks full. The only problem is I clear a path around the front of the house and your guy trudges through the deep snow around the back to fill the tanks. I've told at least one of them but it's not always the same guy. I feel bad for the guys that do it because it's quite difficult for them. If you could put a note on the order or something like that to use the cleared front walkway it would be so much easier for them.
