Your billing system needs some improvement. A recent statement of mine had no detail and payment I made recently did not reflect the quick payment discount. It appears that Downeast is still working out the invoicing kinks after merging with Superior Propane.

Has been solid from day one. Reliable and folks in office are very nice. I liked the fact that they came and topped off my oil even though I was right around 1/2 empty, that spared me a $1000 + bill.

They are of good quality and readily available.
You keep my tanks full. The only problem is I clear a path around the front of the house and your guy trudges through the deep snow around the back to fill the tanks. I've told at least one of them but it's not always the same guy. I feel bad for the guys that do it because it's quite difficult for them. If you could put a note on the order or something like that to use the cleared front walkway it would be so much easier for them.
