Gym is super clean, nice open space, beautiful machines. My only negative is the temperature of the locker room and bathrooms. I assume due to the sauna but it gets way too hot in there.

The Palisades Fitness Center is one of the best gyms among other gyms I have been to. Although its appearance is not the best, the front desk staff are the best. Kind. Friendly, always welcome, and the manager runs with a professionalism.
I really appreciate the friendly staff, the clean facilities, and the variety of equipment available.
The classes! Please don’t get rid of them as that was the main reason I became a member, I need someone to hold me accountable and show me how to do the exercise correctly. I have been coming in to the morning classes and it’s a great way to start my day. I also love that you have a chiropractor upstairs, Dr Bello is amazing! Your smoothies are delicious as well.

Great place to work out after a busy day at work. The facility keeps upgrading older equipment, and if something breaks it is fixed in a timely manner. The staff and front desk are always pleasant and helpful.

Gym is big . Has a great amount of equipment. Everything is close if you need to superset . The gym community here is top notch . Everyone motivates each other . Just overall a great experience.
If you work for Verisk it's a no brainer given the discount.
If you don't work at Verisk it's still a good choice.

Sometimes I work out then shower at the gym then go directly to work. Don't like having a wet towel in my bag all day. Probably a pain and not too cost effective on your end.
The staff's exceptional friendliness and helpfulness consistently enhance my training experience. I also find the new room layout offers a welcome diversity to my workouts.
To further optimize the space for all members, if I may suggest clearly designating each room's intended purpose. For instance, the upstairs area could be a dedicated 'Cardio, Core, and Flexibility Zone,' while the blue-floored room would serve as a 'Dynamic Training Space.'
Currently, the blue-floored room's versatility sometimes leads to conflicting activities, making it challenging to perform dynamic movements like sled pushes or sprints when others are engaged in static exercises like stretching.
Clear zoning would significantly improve the flow and efficiency of training for everyone. Thank you for considering this suggestion and allowing me to provide feedback.
