Good spread of machines, generally very well ventilated, and not too busy even at peak hours
I joined primarily because I like the various classes held (zumba, aerobics, etc.)
It would be great to schedule a beginner pilates class on Wednesdays at 10:30am or 11am.
The personal trainers are very good as well.
Each one of the trainers are very polite, and always answer your questions very professional.

Friendly service. The gym is always maintained and cleaned properly. The people are also friendly and respectful. A good amount of equipment.
The staff is always helpful, friendly and present if needed. The upkeep of equipment is maintained and it is all high quality made stuff. And the gym is kept clean. Juice bar rocks, let's not forget that.

You’re conveniently located about a mile and a half from my home and it’s easy to get to. There’s lots of parking lots of machines. But what I would like to see is the yoga on Sunday that you have listed on me website but there is no yoga on Sunday. And I would love for Laura to teach it because I’ve taken a yoga class with her and she is good. So it would be great if you could add the yoga class either before or after total body conditioning at 10:30 which Laura happens to teach. And I believe many of the people that come to the total body conditioning class would love a yoga class.

The gym has sufficient space and enough machines
I love Fitness Factory! The team the equipment the vibe of the gym is amazing. I love the brightness and how clean it was but as time goes on it is not as immaculately clean as it was when it was newer. The machines sometimes have old wipes that inconsiderate patrons leave the machine feel greasy at times the stairs are not clean you see the dirt building up the toilets are not clean there is hair dust and other things I wish I didn’t see. The first bathroom sink has not been working. In order for Fitness Factory to continue to be that bright immaculately maintained facility it was when it opened it requires more deep cleaning more maintenance staff on the floor the way they were earlier on and daily inspections. I only provide this feedback because I love this Fitness Factory gym!
