The facility is clean, the staff is friendly, there's a variety of equipment that I use and I've noticed that if something isn't working on one visit on my next visit it is working. Plus, I've noticed that there has been new equipment since I started coming a month ago. I think that speaks highly to management being in-tune with what the clientele wants and I like that. I look forward to going to the Fitness Factory.

The workers are all really nice and friendly and they’re always happy to help. The facility is constantly working on adding new machines and taking care of existing equipment. Everything done at Fitness Factory New Prov is done with care and with the members in mind. Overall an amazing facility

Very good range of the fitness equipment that I like to use. However the turf area is too small though and some of the machines although in good condition are low quality.
I have been at Fitness Factory over 35 years and I still enjoy going for the wonderful staff.
My favorite classes are spin, Zumba and sculpt and strengthening:)

Your service is very good. Your gym is so close in proximity to my office at JPM and that’s key to getting out after a good workout during the lunch hour. Your staff is very good and they’re friendly and attentive.

Very good equipment here for lifting and the overall space is large enough to not make the gym feel too crowded. Furthermore, the service there is very good, with the workers being very friendly and welcoming. Amenities are affordable, and not overly priced like other gyms. The overall membership cost is cheap and comparable to other local gyms, but all of the other listed amenities here beat out the other options.
