Overall great facility! Your cleanliness is above. 10/10, and I truly appreciate the effort the crew puts into it. After visiting a few other gyms, it’s not even comparable. Machines are great, and spaced appropriately. Just curious if you’d ever invest in a VSquat machine? Either way, I’m a satisfied customer!

The facility is consistently enjoyable, with a noticeable emphasis on "Cleanliness and tidiness."
I regularly observe staff sanitizing workout machines and maintaining the women's restroom, which if greately appreciated.
The team is always welcoming and professional. They acknowledge members as they arrive and remain calm and courteous, even in challenging situations with difficult customers.
I did experience an issue when trying to redeem points for a bottle of water, as my card was charged instead. However, Ms.Eylan promptly assisted me and resolved the matter efficiently. She wa not only professional and knowledgeable but also very approachable and amiable, which made the process much easier.
On other occasion, Mr. Tyler also handled a similar issue with great professionalism.
Both Ms. Eylan and Mr. Tyler are valuable assets to the team.
