Very clean facilities, people are friendly enough no egos, good juice bar.
Large and clean, you can find several large and spacious area to work out, no one needs to be on top of each other. I love the sauna, you can also get several type of shakes made for you; nice staff. You can go at any time and you will never find it overcrowded.

I enjoying coming to Fitness Factory to take a variety of fitness classes. The facility is clean, the staff are all friendly, and helpful and the instructors are fantastic! I belonged to a gym 5 minutes from my house and barely went! Now I am 15 minutes from home at FF and attend classes 4 times a week. That says it all! Never been happier at any other gym!
Everything is great, new machines are awesome...but the sauna is constantly needing to be reset in the morning. I feel bad for Bill always having to deal with that with the morning crowd.
Recommend the place to anyone who asks me where they can go.

Good desk grew, friendly trainers, good cleaning crew... 50,000 sq feet, what's not to like? If someone is using something, there's always another machine to use...
Gym is very well laid out with very good equipment and very new. Would love to see an actual sauna with sauna benches and some real heat that would make this gym a 10 out of 10.

Great atmosphere staff and trainers are great
Between free weights and dumbbells and a variety of machines available with cable and hack machines… More than enough to mix up some good workouts. Add in a multitude of cardio opportunities and a small group training… Excellent facility.
Friendly, knowledgeable team
Love how broken machines are fixed quickly and new machines are frequently brought into the gym. Gym is also clean!

The staff and management are always friendly, helpful and a pleasure to interact with. The gym is clean and it appears in the rare instances where a piece of equipment breaks, that status is short-lived and it is quickly repaired.
