The NW Exterminators Team was outstanding in every aspect of what they did for me. I can’t say enough good things about Northwest! I have my termite bond and regular pest control with NW. I was told I needed a sump pump by my rep because he saw water in the crawl space. When they came to do the work, the tech discovered the water was actually seeping through the sewer pipe because it’s not properly sealed. He said I did not need the pump or a French drain! He said he wouldn’t install it without me needing it and saved me $1700. My profession lends me to work with all types of contractors all the time and I rarely have honest, punctual, reasonable, friendly folks to deal with!!

Our technician, Trey, is amazing! He is friendly and efficient. He eliminated both wasp and hornet nests which were both in tricky spots, right outside our back door! He came back to check on them later to make sure we were all clear. The only reason for the 9 was the green elite cost and required inclusion of mosquito service. The $399 initial cost was worth it because of the stinging insect elimination for the year. However I'm not convinced the mosquito traps are efficient or necessary.
First and foremost out technician, Courtney. He is detailed, observant and knows his job well. Anytime there's an issue with critters inside or outside our home. We can rest assure the issue will be taken care of. Thank you Northwest for having expert like Courtney on your team!
