Rod did a thorough inspection of my home and was both professional and personable. He made suggestions of places where I could trim back trees to make sure big weren’t coming into my house and took care of both the inside and outside.
We had a serious mole problem. They were tearing up our yard. We contacted Northwest for help and they sent Timothy to check it out. He explained the eradication process and patiently answered our questions. He has always been a true professional, very courteous and thorough. We have not seen evidence of a mole for a while and the yard has come back nicely. I feel like Timothy is genuinely concerned about helping us and dedicated to doing his best at every visit.
