My exterminator was polite and very informative. He listened to my concerns and explained how the services he'd be conducting should help alleviate them. He appeared very thorough in his services as well and made recommendations of things I should address such as making sure to unpack packages in certain areas of the house vs in bedrooms and to dispose of boxes so as to not cause areas for pest to populate.
That they remind me ahead of time when they are coming.

Personnel are very nice. They show up when they say they will, and communicate about any concerns. They're conscientious and do a great job.
My back yard had so many mosquitos the last two years we barely went into it over summer, and no amount of bug spray would keep dozens of them from landing on us. This summer, I've seen a few, but bug spray or some citronella will keep them gone. I think I've had two bites the whole summer.
