4. Always Listens and Addresses Our Concerns: e.g. my daughter was stung by yellow jackets in the ground a total of 9 times (3 different days) and my little dog twice. They were very aggressive even when you were not near their nest. It was not just my family at risk but also individuals who crossed our yard to deliver packages and groceries.
I called and the individual I spoke to was professional but also empathetic and understood our urgency. Our service person came out to our home quickly to assess our situation and treated our yard.
The treatment worked and thankfully , we have not had any issues since then.
Seems to limit the roaches.
They explained what they were doing and were very professional. I like the fact that they are continuing to work to resolve that problem
