Generally you let me know when you are coming and what you are doing. I am not usually having any pest or rodent problems usually now. Last time I did not know if my service guy came as Helene was coming in and I was in pasture, etc, When you used to send me an email of service I knew exactly what was going on. Now they always say an error has occurred.
