Our technician, Terry, is so nice and knowledgeable. I truly appreciate the "green" services - it works without using chemicals, and there's no worry of any chemical build-up in the soil. The quarterly service is booked automatically but if you need to change the date or ask for another visit, it's very easy and the phone call is always answered promptly - no pushing options or waiting.

I am extremely frustrated with your service. I am not one to complain. but have been very patient. I have contacted the local Carrolton, GA office multiple times and requested for a tech to come and spray again. The tech sprayed September 30, 2025. It got rid of the spiders, but the roaches are still popping out. I spoke with Kari and today Molly and ask that she cancel the services.
The first conversation was they didn't get a payment when the tech came out in September. I honestly thought I paid the guy when he came to the house. However. I was mistaken. That was a clear oversight. I ask the representative via email to excuse the oversight. I then ask for a tech to come out again because I'm still seeing pest. She then stated that a payment needed to be made on the account. I then provided her with my card details. I requested that she take the first payment out for the $25.00 which she did. Then she stated she would bill the card $39 the next time. I agreed for that payment to come out on the fourth of December 2025. She later called and said something wasn't calculated and she needed to charge the card. I instructed her not to charge my card until the 4th. I was advised that I would be billed for the quarter for $102.00 now I'm being told something totally different. Molly told me I have an annual agreement, which is not true that is not what I signed up for. I would NEVER agree to an annual contract without seeing how the service works first. I'm so disappointed and I want to cancel ASAP because I'm not getting any service. I have email documentation of each conversation as well as the document for a special I was told I would be getting. You guys haven't honored anything and it's not fair. Very disappointing. My request was completely ignored.
They always call first before they come to treat the outside. They know very knowledgeable . There is only one thing I’ve been having a problem with. Palmetto bugs in my house. Huge. I’ve killed 3 today.
