I am so happy with the service I received from Northwest - from the intake with John to the service completed by Nick and Xavier. I was having an issue with birds nesting under my roof awning at my home. The birds found gaps in my mesh netting and were getting into my attic. Nick and Xavier got rid of those pests, provided excellent craftsmanship on my bird exclusion all around my home, sealed any roof shingles that were lifting, and secured mesh netting on my foundation vents. They got my home secure like Fort Knox!! It has been so quiet on my property that the birds have all decided to bother my neighbors instead :-)
NW will be my home exterminating company for the life of my home. Thank you so much!!

The guy was new very polite and did a thorough inspection. I was outside and could witness some of his interactions.
I live at gum creek airport rd and gum creek rd. You can trace the worker. I don’t want to loose another (inspector). Or what ever his level is called.
They explained my options and came when scheduled. These days, that means a lot!
