I have loved NW Exterminating Co for years. They are always accommodating with any change in scheduling and our exterminating expert gives me sound advice on any problem or question I may have. Ian has been our exterminator for as long as we have had a contract with Northwest and he takes care of us so well. If anytime I see spiders or other insects that appear more than once between service, he will come back and spray again. Thank you for keeping our home inside and out basically free of all pests!

feed back to him at that time and he takes care of any problems in a timeley manner.
I love the customer service! I never have to worry about our treatment. Like clockwork, I receive an email giving me the date our house will be serviced. On the day of service I receive a call from our pest control technician prior to his arrival. He is always knowledgeable about any previous issues we've had and always asks if the problem still exists. I am so happy with Northwest Exterminating and I would recommend this company to anyone. They are a top notch company.

The only thing is now when the report is emailed, I can’t open it to see the report. Neither of my emails will open it. It’s not like it used to be. I wish that would change. The service is amazing tho!
Your technician always lets us know when he is scheduled to treat both houses on my property and he is always courteous and professional when we talk with him. I appreciate your careful protection of both the large house and the guest house and it's so convenient when he gets the same day to treat both houses.
