Everything is as it should be. However, the tech said he would come back in a day or two and replace the filer. He may have already done it but he was supposed to let us know when he'd done it. Other than that, we're satisfied.

Any questions I have are confidentially answered and explained in a way that’s easy to understand. The employees that answer the phones are always very nice and got my initial and follow up appointments scheduled quickly. Five stars all around!
