I’ve been with Northwest Exterminating for more than 10 years. Great company! You can always call and talk to someone. Customer service always pleasant. They provide regular updates on visits via text and emails. All encounters I had with the workers have been nothing but pleasant and always ready to assist. PS you don’t have to remind them to take shoe off or use shoe covers on entering into your house and that makes me happy too!!!
