Chaz has been working with me to resolve the mouse in the house issue. He has set traps and followed up with me over the last two weeks. Now external traps are set in hopes of capturing the mice before they enter.

I like the techs assigned to me. Never had that with other companies. Your techs actually seem like they know what they are talking about and have been with the company a while. I always felt like I was getting a new trainee with other companies.
My service guy is always pleasant, through and prompt. He texts me to let me know he is coming. And arrives when he says he will. I have never had any complaints with my service.
