The inspector did a thorough job on his visit. He was very personable in his dealings with me. He offered explanations freely and easily understandables.
When the 3 man team returned to install the stations (I believe that is what he called them) they went about their business efficiently and thoroughly.

They treat you like a person instead of a number. They respond to your concerns.
They come to your home when they say they are coming. The service technician is very nice, and knowledgeable. The products they use work! I very rarely have an insect in my home. If I see a bug, I call them and they come out and spray right away. I feel comfortable knowing they are taking care of my home in regards to termite protection, mosquitos, etc.
