Gave me the different payment options. Rich came out as scheduled. He was there when I got home and was incredibly thorough and very pleasant. Explained what he was doing and what he had already done. I have/had a lot of ants around the exterior of the house and huge spiders. I am happy to say I haven't seen a single bug yet. Yay!

Northwest is trustworthy and dependable. When I bug them about insects, they show up and inspect the insects around the house and spray their magic potion that kills these bugs. Hopefully, these bugs end high and happy, but if not, at least I am.
