I have used Northwest at my last three houses. I have never had an issue and have always received great service.
The technician had great customer service and was personable. He explained the treatment to me very well and that if issues continued, they would come right back out. The Green treatment appears to have worked almost instantly - there are still a few bugs around the house after two weeks, but they’ve gone down maybe 90%!
I'm in a new build and for what ever reason the spiders have been awful to get under control. Northwest came out for the initial treatment and has been great about coming back at no charge in between treatments. Great people, and great service!
