This feedback refers to my quarterly Pest Control and Sentricon accounts. I have been fortunate to have Phillip Kearney as the Service Professional for these two accounts. He is thorough; he asks me if I have any issues or problems. He answers my questions and makes recommendations. Please don't ever change him from my account.
The billing situation, however, is not so good. For the Pest Control account -- invoices are received usually several weeks after the site visit, or not at all. Often, I will enclose a copy of Phillip's report that he sends to on the day of his visit in lieu of a statement with my check.
However - statements for the Sentricon account are mailed months BEFORE the Quarter being billed. I hold these until the actual Quarter being billed. My preference for payment is to send my check along with the billing statement to the Marietta office, because payments received at that location are processed in a timely manner. The Ohio office and some of the other Locations in Georgia, however, do not.
I receive great service. Receive email reminders of when Chris is due out. Chris always calls or texts when he is on his way. He is friendly, courteous and always does a great job! Chris Hoehn is a rockstar!
