Excellent from the start. They checked first to see what the problem was by checking anywhere that might be a potential way for pest to enter the home. Then offered different options to solve the problem. Once an option was chosen, the team went to work and I do mean work. They worked tirelessly until the job was completed. Professional and courteous is how I would describe each employee including the office staff. The work was just completed, and so far, all is good. I have not seen or heard any more pests. They will follow-up in a couple of weeks to make sure everything is still good. That is what I call good service. Thanks to the entire team!

Our service person, Chris, is very professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. He does a great job every visit. He has been servicing our home for years. We just greet him at the front door, and he goes about his work, he knows the home inside and out. Our home is as bug free as it's possible to be. After all this time, he feels like part of the family.
The office staff is just as nice and friendly and professional. They work with us to make appointments as convenient as possible, which we do appreciate.

Northwest employees are all so nice, responsive and professional. They keep my home free from pests and respond quickly if I have a problem of any kind. They sweep the outside of my house with a long duster pole to get any spiderwebs down and just go above and beyond. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

It is very easy to schedule service. I can call and request inside treatment or just outside treatment. Usually Mr Keith comes to my home and I like not having people that I don't know at my house. I can describe what type of bugs I'm seeing and where like ants, spiders and he treats those areas. I tried to do pest control myself but not a good job because it seemed like the pests were trying to take over. Northwest makes it easy for people who are busy. I also like that customer service works with me on my payments so that I can continue my service.

You schedule a consistent recurring visit and if pests appear in between, I can call for interim services. I had a wasp issue inside two rooms of my house and the technicians tried various ways to locate the entrance points and various treatments. Although it took about 2 years, they finally eradicated the insects. The people with whom I have communicated within the company have always been polite and very willing to help.
When I called regarding someone to come out to service our home the staff took care of it promptly.
