They've performed an excellent "exclusion service" for us and an annual inspection to make sure we had no issues needing to be addressed. Northwest Exterminating has been our pest control company for 5+ years. Chad is our technician. He is a hard worker, very knowledgeable, cares about our concerns when brought up during the quarterly inspections & servicing, takes the time to explain things and always does a great job addressing all the areas needed around the property. Any time additional service is needed to retreat an area, we are able to call the service line and get it scheduled quickly. I always recommend this company to friends and people inquire about pest services.

I can’t say enough about this company they come out every time I need them. My tech Jason he always is completely thorough. Make sure of all my needs are met before he leaves and really nice. I’ve had him and Northwest exterminating for 3 1/2 years. I can’t recommend this company enough. I’ve had a few other companies that didn’t have the service and customer care.
