Mathew was exceptional in explaining the process of setting up traps. I was very nervous about trapping mice or rats but felt relief after his visit.
He had to go into a very dusty unpleasant crawl space but did not hesitate and has a very pleasant and professional manner.
One mouse was caught the very next day! He also said if I had a question or concern I could text him which gave me a sense of relief as I had never dealt with these issues before.
