I am accustomed to receiving a diagram of which areas were tested, however, and there did not seem to be one in the email I received after inspection. Perhaps, that is not the usual at your company, but that is why I did not give the highest rating.

The technicians are very knowledgeable and helpful. They have taken care of a handful of different pest issues, they always call ahead of time. When I call in, the team over the phone is always helpful.
The solutions seem to work well and keep pests away.

Dakota was awesome! He answered all my questions, was very knowledgeable on the types of bugs we had on our home, polite, did a through inspection of our home to see where bugs could be entering. He communicated with me throughout the morning letting me know exactly when he would be arriving. Very pleased with the whole experience and look forward to working with Dakota in the future.10/10

You need to maintain the level of service and the community support created by Al Fogleman and his family that created the success of Sawyer Exterminating. Corporate America typically does not understand this concept and fails to continue the success built by local owners
