Chris (our tech) does a very good job. As a company, your billing practices are very poor. There is always a delay to the point that I pay my bill (via credit card) but it is unclear to me for which service (pest or termite service). This has been a problem since day 1.

I appreciate receiving a call ahead of time to schedule my service. Thanks to your front office. My biggest appreciation is the having the same TECH visit my home every 90 days. Jeremy, and the handful of TECH's that have proceeded him since I signed on with NWX in 2007 have been great. My only concern is the annual increase for Pest Control and my Termite Bond. As an 18-year customer it would be nice to hear from the people who manage and lead. It would be nice to receive an occasional customer thank you letter.

Customer Service reps are courteous and knowledgeable. On site personnel ask before doing, so that the customer understands what their tasks will involve. Always courteous!!
