No matter what happens pest wise, all I have to do is call Northwest and they take care of it right away. I live right by a forest and as such, we get a lot of pests from ants to roaches. Whenever we see a roach or two, we know there’s more so we make a call and our pest control specialist (it’s always the same guy and he is awesome) is out to our house within 2 business days.
Tony is the absolute best exterminator I have very had! His professionalism and willingness to work around my schedule has been phenomenal. I will definitely continue using NorthWest due to him and the customer service I receive on calls.
We like the professionalism, friendliness, and how reliable the services are. This includes the dates and times are always kept and if they cannot be kept by us, Northwest works with us on a better time. If Northwest needs to reschedule, we are promptly notified and we collaborate an alternate date and time. We like the text notifications of services and reminders, if needed. We like when we have questions for the exterminator; questions are answered. The exterminator is always professional and friendly! We also liked when we have concerns, Northwest schedules an appointment to address any concerns. We really liked and were relieved when we received phone calls when we forgot to update our payment information; very understanding and patient with us! We also especially like that we have not had any issues with pests and the price for having Northwest is great for the services we receive. When the subject of exterminators in the area, we have told our neighbors and friends about Northwest! Great job, Northwest Exterminating!
