Rich Hickman has been our NWE service man for several years and he is the ABSOLUTE BEST!11 He works to help us schedule our service times. He comes quickly if we have a problem between times which by the way is almost never. He keeps us informed on new ways to handle problems. Even when NWE raises prices, Rich is worth paying more. Rich is better than the very best!!!

Our quarterly bug service is performed by the same tech who has been servicing our annual termite inspection for many years. He gives us a complete explanation of services rendered and information about bug problems he’s found, which are rare! The perimeter treatment keeps our home interior free of insects.
