Each representative I talk to has been absolutely wonderful! Bill came out to our house recently to spray the interior, and he was very nice and I enjoyed talking to him! I have no complaints at all with Northwest :)

You are very thorough and don’t need to come inside unless we have a need for you to come inside. When I have had a need you come in and easily take care of the problem.
I don’t have bugs in my home since using your service. Any additional requests that I make to the technician is completed willingly. If I need an additional service, the company and technician is always willing to come out and do it. We have been with this company for 16 years. That should say a lot.

You always come as scheduled, clean the webs off the outside of the house, I have no problems with spiders and bugs getting inside. If I do have an issue, last year I had an issue with wasps, you cam immediately to take care of the problem.
I have a building next to my house that is currently not being treated and there are spider webs all around and spiders. In the future I may be getting that treated as well.
