I can’t say enough about this company they come out every time I need them. My tech Jason he always is completely thorough. Make sure of all my needs are met before he leaves and really nice. I’ve had him and Northwest exterminating for 3 1/2 years. I can’t recommend this company enough. I’ve had a few other companies that didn’t have the service and customer care.

I love Northwest Exterminators because they take care of my home. Great service so I don’t have to wonder when they are coming. They touch base with me. And we rarely get a bug inside which is really important to me. Our landlord used them in our home for 9 yrs. We moved in Nov 2025 and started working directly with Northwest. Awesome service!!
Jason always does a great job when treating our property and letting me know the areas he treats to make sure I keep the dogs away till everything dries. He is also great at answering my questions and is very knowledgeable about his job and treatment of the bugs in our yard.

We've had very friendly, attentive, honest and informative interactions with Nortwest Exterminating at every contact. They've performed an excellent "exclusion service" for us and an annual inspection to make sure we had no issues needing to be addressed. We appreciate the way the office followed through with mailing some requested (hardcopy) papers. Clearly, NW Exterminating hires the best, Everyone's GREAT at their job!
