The person, that answered my call requesting service, was knowledgeable and pleasant to talk with, and scheduling was easy. The technician was thorough in treating my house and explaining what he was doing and why he was doing it. He was also very pleasant and answered all of my questions.

Everything is as it should be. However, the tech said he would come back in a day or two and replace the filer. He may have already done it but he was supposed to let us know when he'd done it. Other than that, we're satisfied.
