My service provider, Asa, always contacts me before he arrives. Upon arrival he checks with me to see if there are any particular issues I have noticed that need to be addressed. I also appreciate that he cleans any cobwebs, etc in places I can’t reach while spraying around the outside of the house. Before leaving he always lets me know if he has found any issue he might need to treat more than usual. Communication is so appreciated

I called to request an inside spray and they scheduled my appointment immediately. Maurice was amazing!! He came and treated our house, gave us great advice on how to prevent the bugs, and answered our questions after the visit. Definitely will recommend Northwest to everyone

The only thing is now when the report is emailed, I can’t open it to see the report. Neither of my emails will open it. It’s not like it used to be. I wish that would change. The service is amazing tho!

You are the only service we've used since we moved here back in 1998. We have had good service and without my husband at home I appreciate not seeing any critters. Not often anyway. My husband has been in assisted living the last 4 years and I just found out yesterday that he died. He was 90 and we've been married nearly 64 years. God bless you!
