I am completely satisfied with Northwest Exterminating. I have used them for 4 years. We have zero issues with pests in the house. When I have concerns, they are addressed immediately. I love that we have the same technician Daniel everytime. He listens to us, asks questions, does the entire house inside and out. He takes time to clear any wasp nests or spiders, is very careful around my flowers and gardens, and we trust him completely. Hailee or someone else always confirm our appointment time and adjusts it if we are away. They ask if we have any concerns to pass on to Daniel. It is nice to be so well taken care of, treated with dignity and respect, and appreciated by the entire team.
