Northwest staff are friendly and helpful. They will always have their customers best interests at heart. Their internal communication is impeccable. The staff from front office to tech to tech, keep each other informed about what is happening with your account. If they have to turn it over to another division, notes are pasted on. Everyone seems to work together.

Lastly, I would say the office staff are always friendly and upbeat when we call. They don't make us feel like we are interrupting their 'busy' day when we have a question. In today's world that is a rarity.
