I have been with Northwest for a while now and their service is excellent. I like the way they put their clients first and if not satisfied I can always call the office and they will come back out to address my issue. Also, my service person Jonathan Patterson is the absolute best. I spoke with him concerning a problem I was having with gnats, and he addressed the problem and also concentrated on the area the gnats were coming from. He also let me know should I see evidence of them coming back I should call the office and he would come back out to treat the area again. This great customer service is another reason I would recommend Northwest to family and friends.
