We have utilized all the services that Northwest provides. Termite control, Wildlife, and the quarterly insect control. The customer service at Northwest is outstanding! The great customer service that I consistently experience includes office staff, Wildlife field personnel (Tim), management(John), and our quarterly insect professional Luke. Luke is professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He always has a positive attitude and answers any questions that I may have. Before I retired I was a Chief Operating Officer (COO) and I recognize a good employee when I see one. Northwest is fortunate to have Luke as one of their team members.

We called customer service about mice in our attic and they said my contract covered that.
However, when you technician came, he told us that our contract DID NOT cover getting rid of mice.
So, is it covered or NOT?
