He is a courteous young man, always respectful and arrives during the designated time slot. He [pays attention if I ask for a particular area of my home to be sprayed.
I am one of those customers who always wants to be present when the service is done as I like the interaction of being familiar with who comes into my home. Northwest is always available if I have a problem or question.

Tech comes at scheduled time & does a good job of removing and spider webs & bees nests. Treats any areas that are brought to his attention that have been a problem.

He goes above and beyond, he's friendly, he's patient, he's timely, and he doesn't make me like a bother if he has to come back for anything, which is rare because he does such a good job. I can tell he cares a lot about what he does and wants to make sure that we are well taken care of. Were it not for him, I likely would have shopped around. Also, every time I call the local Smyrna office, they are so kind and helpful. Good customer service is important to me and I always feel well taken care of. Great job Smyrna!
