Northwest showed me high level consideration and professionalism. I had another pest control company inspect my home and they told me I had active termites in my den. They said “the termites are eating the paint behind your walls”. Something about that didn’t sound right so I scheduled NW to do an inspection. There was NO EVIDENCE of termites or damage in my den. However, they did point out that on the front and side of my home that I have wood siding touching the ground, which gives termites access to the home. The inspector Neil showed me the areas and provided a clear explanation.
They came out the next day! And finished the termite service.
Very happy with NW and I think everyone would be happy with their service!

Jacob, the person who came here to solve the bed bug problem we have was most attentive to our complaints. Although bugs are still present, he is not discouraged. So, we are hopeful that they will soon be history. Yes, I would recommend the services of Northwest Exterminating.
