Usually Mr. James Golden does our quarterly pest control. This time, however, Morgan (Julia) Hatter did it. She was efficient, professional, and very nice.

This month's inspection and treatment went well. One interesting point of improvement related to the emailed inspection results. The sent files were corrupted and wouldn't open. I need to call the office and have them resent.
